Upstairs: - At the top of the stairs: 1 primary king bedroom w/ private bath & shower and large walk-closet with a crib. - Across the hall: 2 queen bedrooms w/ access to shared bathroom. - At the end of the hall: 1 bunk bedroom with a private bathroom with a shower. There is a twin bunk bed with a pull-out trundle bed and a full bed in that room. Main floor: - 1 queen bedroom w/ bathroom across the hall with a shower Lower level: - To the left of the stairs: 1 bedroom w/ a king bed and 3/4 bath (shower) - To the right of the stairs: 2 bedrooms, 1 w/ a queen size and 1 bedroom w/ 2 twin beds + shared bath - Full kitchen & living room with another TV.

Other Details to Note

Our home is located on a hill above a protected habitat area, with I-5 just below. When spending time outdoors, you may hear natural sounds such as birds along with some freeway noise. Inside the home, we’ve used soundproofing materials to help keep the space as quiet and comfortable as possible. Our landscaper visits once a week on a flexible schedule and may briefly stop by during your stay. To ensure a peaceful experience for everyone, we kindly ask that no parties or events take place at the home.

House Rules

Max of 5 cars allowed Quiet hours after 9pm Follow check out instructions - $150 or more cleaning fee will be charged if home not left in good order (e.g. sheets not stripped, towels stained, excessive trash left, etc.) Enough linens and towels are provided for your stay, a $200 extra linen fee will be required for more in order to allow our cleaners the extra time required for washing

Neighborhood

The Beacon Hill neighborhood is a great up and coming area close to downtown. What we love most about it is how close it is to everything while still feeling like a place where neighbors know your name. The area offers views, parks, awesome proximity to the stadiums and downtown, great neighborhood coffee shops, breweries, cafes and restaurants which we have more info on in our local guide :) (highly recommend: Perihelion, Homer, Bar del Corso, Musang and Victrola! We also love the brew selection at the Red Apple a few minutes from the house! And always enjoy Jefferson Park.) Beacon Hill fun fact: Back in 1916, Boeing set up shop in a little town called Georgetown, just south of us at the base of Beacon Hill. It was during this time that the Beacon Hill neighborhood blossomed, as it was a favorite spot for the folks who worked at Boeing to live. As a result, a lot of the homes you'll see today were built during that time which helped establish the neighborhood as one of the main villages in Seattle's urban core.

Guest Access

Enjoy full private access to the entire home — no shared indoor spaces. Guests have exclusive use of all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, two fully equipped kitchens, and outdoor spaces. Please note that the garage is not included in the rental, as it is used privately for storage and supplies for our other properties. Aside from the garage, the entire property is exclusively yours to enjoy, offering privacy, comfort, and plenty of space for groups and families.

This home was just beautiful, tastefully decorated, lots of amenities, peaceful and extremely comfortable. I would love to stay here again anytime and would recommend it for a group. One thing that stood out was how quiet it was in each room. We couldn’t hear noise in the kitchen or other guests at all if we were in our rooms. That’s a huge plus when you’re working and trying to get a full night of sleep in a houseful of people on different schedules! Gorgeous sunsets every night and a lovely view!! If I had any advice for future guests it would be to bring earplugs for the freeway noise at night. Easily remedied and worth the minor inconvenience!

The house was perfect for our needs. The home was in great shape. It was in an ideal location being near the action, short ride shares or bike rides to anything, while also feeling secluded. The hosts were great communicators with easy to follow instructions/recommendations.

Eric was always responsive and my party of 10 had more than enough space to spread out for sleeping quarters as well as great instructions. Everything was clean and in wonderful shape. The photos matched perfectly with the actual home and I would 100% recommend to any additional family and friends!

This house was absolutely beautiful, inside and out. We loved the interior design, it truly felt like home. It was clean, and so spacious for such an amazing price. The amount of bedrooms and bathrooms was honestly a steal. The view outside of the house was also stellar. Our host was very communicative and flexible, we even received lots of recommendations. I loved that there were explicit instructions and nothing was left unclear. My family and I left wishing the house was our own. 10/10 recommend.

Such a beautiful home that was very accommodating for a large group. The house was close enough to the city that you could walk into town, but far enough outside of it that you had some privacy as well. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect for our big group. We’re traveling from Spokane and needed a homebase during our youth summit between Seattle and Olympia and this was a great space for our high school students to get together and bond at the end of each day.

Find us

Easy, free parking in driveway. Less than a 10 minute walk to the light rail which will quickly get you to the stadiums or downtown. SEA/TAC is about a half hour ride on the light rail. Quick uber/lyft to all the city has to offer. Easy access to everywhere via car, minutes to the major freeways. The property is walking distance from a couple of fantastic little spots including local breweries, wood fired pizza joints, bakeries, and grocery stores. However if going to walk, note it is a 10-15 minute uphill walk to these locations.
