Our home offers a luxury experience with high-quality beds and linens, expansive windows that fill the space with natural light year-round, and multiple decks with views of the sound, mountains, and city. It features central heating and air conditioning, as well as a fully equipped kitchen designed for comfortable gatherings with family and friends. The property also includes a separate two-bedroom apartment on the ground floor with direct access to the garden and backyard.

Other Details to Note

Our home is located on a hill above a protected habitat area, with I-5 just below. When spending time outdoors, you may hear natural sounds such as birds along with some freeway noise. Inside the home, we’ve used soundproofing materials to help keep the space as quiet and comfortable as possible. Our landscaper visits once a week on a flexible schedule and may briefly stop by during your stay. To ensure a peaceful experience for everyone, we kindly ask that no parties or events take place at the home.

Neighborhood

The Beacon Hill neighborhood is a great up and coming area close to downtown. What we love most about it is how close it is to everything while still feeling like a place where neighbors know your name. The area offers views, parks, awesome proximity to the stadiums and downtown, great neighborhood coffee shops, breweries, cafes and restaurants which we have more info on in our local guide :) (highly recommend: Perihelion, Homer, Bar del Corso, Musang and Victrola! We also love the brew selection at the Red Apple a few minutes from the house! And always enjoy Jefferson Park.) Beacon Hill fun fact: Back in 1916, Boeing set up shop in a little town called Georgetown, just south of us at the base of Beacon Hill. It was during this time that the Beacon Hill neighborhood blossomed, as it was a favorite spot for the folks who worked at Boeing to live. As a result, a lot of the homes you'll see today were built during that time which helped establish the neighborhood as one of the main villages in Seattle's urban core.

Such a beautiful home that was very accommodating for a large group. The house was close enough to the city that you could walk into town, but far enough outside of it that you had some privacy as well. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect for our big group. We’re traveling from Spokane and needed a homebase during our youth summit between Seattle and Olympia and this was a great space for our high school students to get together and bond at the end of each day.

Title: Perfect Family Getaway! Our recent four-day stay at this beautiful Airbnb was nothing short of amazing. This spacious home perfectly accommodated our group of 18 family members, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The kitchen was impressively large, allowing several cooks to work together seamlessly while preparing meals. The thoughtful amenities included an abundance of toys, games, high chairs, and cribs, making it easy to travel with young kids. It truly felt like everything we needed for a perfect family vacation was right at our fingertips. Communication with both Jared and Eric was flawless. They were incredibly responsive and addressed any issues or concerns quickly, adding to our overall positive experience. We loved this Airbnb so much that it’s now on our list of “must-do” vacations again. We can’t recommend it highly enough!

My 3-generation extended family had a wonderful time staying at Eric's home over New Years. The 8 bedrooms worked out perfectly for our family with every couple/family having their own private space. The living room and kitchen are the heart of the home and there was enough space for everybody to gather and eat together. The entire house is well-appointed with stylish decor. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need to prepare meals at home. Having 2 sets of washers/dryers was a thoughtful and convenient touch. Highly recommended for a large group like ours.

Super nice place. Our family of 19 fit so well, we had a great time just spending time at the house and cooking. The living room was warm and cozy specially with the fireplace. The MIL suite was perfect for the kids and their play time mess.

Find us

Easy, free parking in driveway. Less than a 10 minute walk to the light rail which will quickly get you to the stadiums or downtown. SEA/TAC is about a half hour ride on the light rail. Quick uber/lyft to all the city has to offer. Easy access to everywhere via car, minutes to the major freeways. The property is walking distance from a couple of fantastic little spots including local breweries, wood fired pizza joints, bakeries, and grocery stores. However if going to walk, note it is a 10-15 minute uphill walk to these locations.
